Additional Shipping Charge

Description

Use this option to pay for additional shipping charges to custom destinations outside the United States or where the flat rate shipping does not otherwise apply.  You will need to obtain a custom quote for the additional shipping charge and then you can add it to your order at the time of purchase to cover the additional charges.
