Unless otherwise noted, the Orion Ranch Observatory 3D print CAD models are provided in standard STL format, ready for printing on an FDM printer. Most designs are optimized for a 0.4 mm print head at medium quality and are normally designed to print in the default orientation without requiring any support material.

LICENSE
Users who have obtained these files through legitimate sources (e.g. through purchase from the Orion Ranch Observatory website at www.orionranchobservatory.com) may use these files for their own personal use for the purpose of generating 3D printed parts based on these models. The content of these files or any resulting printed parts may not be sold, shared, or otherwise distributed. The models may not be modified, beyond any minor changes required to obtain a viable 3D print, and no derivative works are allowed. The use of third party for-profit printing services is prohibited, although legitimate owners of a license to these files may have them printed by a third party (e.g. club members, friends, etc.) at cost. Each end user of the printed parts must obtain their own license to the models used.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Orion Ranch Observatory (ORO) and Creative Engineering Concepts (CEC) makes no warranty, either expressed or implied as to the suitability of these models for a particular purpose or the end user’s ability to obtain a viable print from these models. The user accepts full responsibility for the creation and use of any resultant parts and agrees that ORO and/or CEC is not liable for any failure, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of these models or the parts derived therefrom. The user may not make any representation or otherwise imply that ORO or CEC supports or endorses their use of the models and any resulting parts or otherwise has any involvement or relationship with the licensee beyond the sale and provision of the corresponding model designs.
